Atlantic Technology Services is seeking an Office Administrator, to assist help maintain our company's growth goals. ATS has developed IT systems to help businesses with the ever-growing complexity of maintaining and securing their valuable network systems.

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our growing office. This person will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to Procurement, Bookkeeping, Shipping/Receiving, A/R and A/P, and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation:

$17 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • General Office Management – Oversee daily office operations including managing office supplies, organization, and filing.
  • Administrative Support - Provide administrative assistance to staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Reception Duties - Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage mail distribution.
  • Data Entry - Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing and organizing important documents. Assist with invoicing, collections, and payables.
  • Event Coordination - Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special activities.
  • Customer Service - Address inquiries and assist with issues from clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles and an understanding of workflow processes are required.
